Comments: Filled an unused vent hole in ceiling drywall, taped and floated, leveled with drywall compound, built a temporary splash shield, then created a Monterrey knockdown texture with a drywall gun and careful trowel work. They cleaned up every speck of debris afterward, making sure I had a good surface to re-paint. Excellent workmanship and care, efficiency, and full attention to our needs. I'm impressed with the first job they've done for us, and will most likely include them in future bids. Very reasonable priciing of the work, too.

Comments: Bathroom remodel with removal of garden tub and conversion to dual head walk-in shower. It sure is a pleasure and privilege to work with Mr. Smith and his employees. Quality workmanship, constant contact via phone and email. Any question or concern on my end is promptly and professionally addressed. Excellent design suggestions and support throughout the entire project. I am very fortunate that Mr. Smith and his Ranchhand Construction company is here to improve my quality of life and assist me and my family with work we cannot do. Much appreciated!

Comments: Had a large bathroom remodel done by Ranchhand Construction. Superior service from start to finish. Always available via phone or email for questions, with prompt call backs. Well-written bid and quality design suggestions at the start. His friendly, courtous staff worked on the project every day all day long. Any concerns were quickly addressed, and all work done to our liking in a high quality manner. We will certainly be using Ranchhand for future projects.

Comments: These guys (and Gal) are wonderful! I generally don't like strangers in my home, but, I immediately felt trust and comfort with them. They are very friendly and waste no time on the job. We did have a few scheduling issues, but, I am very happy with the end product. I will use Ranchhand for all my future remodeling jobs!!

Comments: Joey and Michelle are top notch and really went out of their way to make everything perfect. We had some time delays, but I was not a a huge hurry. They were honest and hardworking. Some of their subs were super and one stunk on ice. To Joey's credit, he made everything work out as best he could; Joey got the stone done correctly and handled the sub with a firm hand. I am sure he learned a lesson and will never use him again. The stone guy still owes me a new wheel barrow. Joey was visionary and gasped my idea and made it even better. I would gladly use him again. They get 4 stars rather than 5 because of the stone guy issue.
